I had a few interviews for the Engineer role. It started with the HR director, then I met with about 5 team members. The last step was a call with Mark. It felt like they were really busy, but it was a good experience overall.
The first interview was a phone call that started 10 minutes late because the interviewer couldn't get his computer working. When they rescheduled, the interviewer gave me incorrect information. The technical interview was mostly open-ended theory questions about controls, but they seemed to lack planning and structure. It felt like the interviewers lacked experience with the interview process, and I didn't get a sense of their technical capabilities. Honestly, in almost 10 years, this is one of the few interviews that felt like a total waste of time. I expect a follow-up but probably won't take the job.
After applying, they quickly scheduled an interview for me within an hour. The interview itself was short, only 10 minutes long. The interviewer was quite blunt, calling me a "glorified Technician", but claimed he was just being honest.
