Atlas Technica Systems Engineer interviews, decoded.

It was a tough interview process with several steps. First, there was a basic written test, followed by a role-playing situation. Then, a practical test was conducted inside a virtual machine. Finally, there was a question-and-answer session. There wasn't much time to chat with the interviewers at each stage.

The interview process was intense, featuring role-playing and a test to complete. It felt very robotic, with limited conversation with interviewers. I would have preferred more of a back-and-forth style interview.

The interview process spanned from March 6th to March 27th, consisting of two main parts. First, there was a one-hour video call via Teams, where I had to remotely control the interviewer's computer to answer a multiple-choice quiz and an essay question. Then, there was a three-hour video call, also on Teams. This second part involved the same remote computer control for a multiple-choice and an essay quiz, followed by a face-to-face session with a lead where we discussed various scenarios.
