Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process here was quite disorganized, reflecting poor management. It consisted of three technical rounds, and surprisingly, the hiring manager seemed unsure of the answers to the questions they posed.

It was a smooth and quick process, but I didn't make it past the 3rd technical round. There were 3 rounds in total: the first was an HR round, the second was an aptitude test, and the third was a technical round.

Started with some coding questions, then went into OOPS and DBMS. Also talked about my projects that were on my resume. Make sure to mention skills and interests carefully on the resume.
