The interview process isn't known to be short, but I really enjoyed it. I got to talk with a lot of people in the company, from local managers to the leadership team. It was a good way for me to see if the 'culture' they talked about was real, and it's been great to see it confirmed in my daily work. It's a long process, but totally worth it, and I felt valued when I was finally chosen over other candidates!
It was a multi-step process: first an initial phone screening, then a video or in-person interview, a coffee chat with the manager, a group interview, a job shadow, checking references, another job shadow, and finally meeting with the CEO. It was worth the time.
Great interview experience! I went through multiple rounds, as others have mentioned, but I really felt valued and challenged to prove myself for the team. The key is to be open and honest, rather than trying to memorize answers.
