Candidate-reported interview process

I went through several interviews with different teams over a few months. Everyone was really nice and to the point. I liked how they were upfront about how tough the industry is and the type of questions they asked to make sure I was a good fit for the right team. Some of the back and forth felt a bit like a chore though.

The interview process was smooth. I met a few employees on the second interview. The process is pretty long but overall very laid back. There were three rounds of interviews.

The interview process here was great. Everyone I met with was very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I think the best part of the process and what sets them apart from other companies is they gave me a perspective of all aspects of the job and were extremely honest with me. I had a full understanding of the position and what I was getting into before joining the firm.
