Candidate-reported interview process

initially a short phone call, then an interview. they do conduct interviews in person and not online. before the second interview, there's also an assignment you have to complete beforehand.

The interview process was quick and easy. I met with the director and project manager. They asked questions regarding my skills and what challenges I foresee in the role. Overall, it was a great interview.

It was pretty chill. Had a phone screen first and then a behavioral interview. A panel of three people interviewed me, and they were super supportive of my career goals and just wanted to make sure it was a good match.
