Great company, great salary, great benefits, great workplace. Interview was very clear and dynamic. Recruiter was super friendly and understanding. She told me about all the benefits, salary, length of service, open opportunities, and career plan.
Initial interview with a Recruiter and then with Management, questions about personal life, previous experiences in Human Resources and Recruitment in English were also asked. Typically there are two to three interviews with people from the company to assess cultural fit with the company.
First, there was an email, then a phone call. Third, I was given the choice between a face-to-face meeting or meeting the team. They offer good, multi-level options, and you can ask any questions you need to during the phone conversation. If everything is good, it moves to the next stage.
