Candidate-reported interview process

I had a couple interviews spread across two weeks. First, there was a phone call with a partner. Following that, I had some in-person interviews with more people, during which I got to see the office and meet other team members.

The interview process was short and direct. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. I thought it would be a good place to work and it was close to my home so it was perfect at that time.

The interview experience was great. The whole process felt smooth and transparent. They clearly set expectations and provided feedback after the interview. Overall, it was a great experience. As we say, the process is more important than the result itself.
