The interview process was great. They were super nice, professional, and at the same time relaxed, which made the interview go by really smoothly and I really enjoyed it.
Applied online and then got an email asking for a screening interview. It was about 15 mins. After that, they scheduled a 1-hour video interview with the same recruiter and the hiring manager/supervisor. The recruiter asked pretty much the same things again, but the hiring manager went into detail about my background and work history. They really dug into the specific technologies they use.
I got an invite for a phone screen and then they called me back for an in-person interview. Everything moved fast. They asked me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to answer some questions about my experience and how I'd handle certain scenarios. I presented this during the interview. It was with two employees and felt more like a chat than a formal interview, which made it less stressful.
