Atlantis (VA) Interview Questions

They were quick to set up the interview, and the online interview itself felt comfortable. However, after two months with no rejection email, I followed up. They replied a month later saying they were still deciding.

I applied and was quickly called for a chat, which was more casual than formal, which was great. The interviewer was nice. Then I got a 3-day assignment, basically answering hypothetical job-related scenarios. After submitting that, I had my final interview with the director. It started strangely, as he was in his car on his phone, not at a desk. It felt less like a conversation and more like he just wanted answers. One question was confusingly worded, and even though I tried my best to answer and clarify, he didn't seem to get what I was saying. He said I'd hear back in 2 weeks, but it took a month for a rejection.

I answered some questions on the website about my experience and motivation. Then I had 3 Skype interviews with different people, and they were all really nice. I felt comfortable during all of them. Everyone seemed young and open.
