Had a quick in-person interview with the manager, associate manager, and educators. They asked me a few questions about myself and my aspirations. It was a standard interview and wasn't too tough. I interviewed for two different floors, and both interviews were professional and well-organized. The managers did a good job of explaining the job role.
Interviews were great. There were 3 in total. First was with the recruiter, then with the manager. Finally, there was a group interview with the team. It was very pleasant. The recruitment team got back to me with an offer within a few days.
It was a panel interview. Typically, you'll meet with the manager you'd be reporting to, and also other managers from similar units. In my case, they were critical care unit managers. They all introduced themselves, and then I introduced myself. We talked about my experience and what I could contribute. We also went over the details and requirements of the job.
