Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone chat with a recruiter, and it felt really good, like we were actually face-to-face. They asked me some basic stuff about my past work and why I picked AUB. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the Branch Manager, which was awesome! She made it super easy and explained everything clearly.

first it was a phone call to get to know the person helping you with the interview process. they set up an in-person interview with the branch manager. That in person interview was a good experience. afterwards you get a call informing you of the decision made by the manager.

The interview process was set up pretty quickly. The branch manager greeted me properly and called me back to do the interview soon after I arrived. The interview went really smooth. The atmosphere was pretty laid back and comfortable which made it easy for me to relax. Bryan, the manager, was very nice as well as his next tier of support joining in virtually. I had not had an in-person job interview in quite a while and I was nervous upon arrival. However the supporting managers made it easy to adjust and get through the interview effortlessly!
