It was a group interview at their headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We all introduced ourselves and the interviewers talked about the job and what life as a Flight Attendant is like. Then, we had individual interviews. Some people were asked to do fingerprinting and a drug test at the end.
First, I had to complete a timed math test before the actual interview. The interview itself was relaxed but still professional, with both the recruiter and the crew scheduling supervisor present. Afterwards, I proceeded to get my fingerprints taken for the background check. The entire process took about an hour and a half.
I just had a one-on-one interview where they reviewed my skills and discussed what I could do for the company and the skills I'd bring.
