I had a phone call with two people, then went in-person for an interview that was a bit over an hour. Everyone I met was nice. I didn't get an offer, but it seems like a good place to work, located right across from Crabtree Valley Mall.
Got a call 20 minutes before the scheduled interview and had to pull over to talk. The initial interview went well overall. They decided not to proceed with me.
Applied by email. First, a call with HR manager and a skills test. Then, a 30-minute call with the programming manager about my skills, experience, and general info. The vibe was relaxed. I had to send a code sample that the whole team reviewed. After that, I went onsite for interviews with the programming manager and IT manager. We talked more about skills and experience. We whiteboarded solutions for OOP and database relationship problems. Then, I had lunch with the company so the team could get a feel for me.
