Candidate-reported interview process

I put in an application for an Adjunct position, but was told there was a full time one open so I applied for that. About two weeks later, I had my first interview which was a panel with 6 people. Then I had a second interview. A week after that, I got an offer for the full time position and accepted.

First, I had a quick phone call with the program director. Then, I was offered the job, but I had to wait for my references to be called and for all the paperwork to be submitted. After that, I was invited to come to the school to talk about the curriculum and complete the HR paperwork.

It was mostly about technical stuff. It wasn't too bad for a student. They also asked me why I picked this place to study. They asked about my grades and if I get along with classmates. They also asked how a certain device works. The interview wasn't hard, they just wanted to see if I could do the job well.
