I got an email, then went to their building for the interview. The hiring manager interviewed me. They asked about my security experience, what I'm like, and my preferred work hours. Then, the interviewer described the job duties and asked if I was okay with them. I got a call the next day saying I was hired.
They had this 8 hour group interview slash sales training. I learned a lot and made connections, but it was a lot to ask for candidates to fly to ATL and then just ghost them.
Went through a few interviews. First was a phone call that was more informational, then an in-person meeting at the office where I met with three employees for a group discussion. They asked about my campus activities, how I handle my schedule, and innovative ways to engage students. Also asked general questions about my past experiences and what I'm passionate about.
