So, there were 4 parts to the interview. First, a call with HR, then a call with HR and two hiring managers. Finally, I met with the director. It was a good experience overall.
Applied online, then got sent an online assessment that took about 45 minutes. About a month later, I had an HR phone screen for about 10 minutes, just asking basic stuff about my background and what I'm interested in. Two weeks after that, I had an in-person interview with HR and a Study Coordinator, it was about 30 minutes and had more basic interview questions. A week after that, I was invited for a working interview where I shadowed Research Assistants and Study Coordinators. While leaving the working interview, they told me I'd hear back within a week. After 7 days of no response, I emailed HR and still haven't heard back. It's been 2 weeks now.
I had an initial phone interview with HR. Then, I had an in-person interview with senior management. The in-person interview was both one on one and with a group of other interviewers. There was also an IQ test conducted.
