Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty easy and took a few weeks to complete. They kept me in the loop. First, I spoke with HR, then the department manager, and after that, I had a group interview with the manager, a senior drafter, HR, and another person.

The interview was a panel-style STAR interview. The interviewers were professional and respectful, and they communicated clearly throughout. I felt at ease during the process. The questions were straightforward and easy to grasp. Be prepared to back up your answers with data and facts.

The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. First, I spoke with a recruiter. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager. I didn’t hear back for a week, and then I was invited to their office for a 90-minute panel interview. That interview was heavily focused on behavioral questions, so I made sure to use the STAR method for my answers. The final interview was with the skip manager. About a week and a half later, I received the offer.
