Atkinson Construction Interview Questions

I had an interview with the HR person who was recently hired. I am a carpenter with 3 years of experience and I went back to school for a construction management degree, graduating at the top of my class. Unfortunately, I did not get the internship.

I went to a career fair and talked to someone there, then had to wait a few weeks. After that, I had an interview with a recruiter, and then later with a senior person at the company. I waited three weeks after that and got an offer. Then it was another four weeks until they told me where I'd be working and what I'd be doing.

Had two interviews and then a site visit. The first one was on zoom with HR, and the second one was in person with the project managers. Everyone seemed nice and it was pretty straightforward.
