After I applied, a recruiter reached out for an initial screening. She then arranged an interview with the Regional Director shortly after. The whole process was remarkably smooth and pleasant. The Regional Director was really focused on understanding my personality and how I function as a team member to ensure a good work environment for everyone. While there were questions about my healthcare experience and skills, I felt the interview focused more on ME as a person than just my technical abilities, which I appreciated.
The interview was cordial and friendly. They answered my questions and I got a response back the same week about my position and application.
It was easy to connect with the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR). The interview was a good experience and they asked questions that were relevant to the role. Communication was smooth, and the questions weren't overly difficult; anyone who prepares and does their research should be able to secure an offer.
