I am commenting on the interview process at ATI Industrial Automation to satisfy the Glassdoor algorithm's requirement to continue using the website features that I actually require.
They started by giving me a tour of the company, showing me the general workspace and the hands-on engineering area. After that, we went to a conference room for the interview with three engineering supervisors.
I was contacted by Kelly Services after sending my resume to ATI, and they set up an interview for the next day. Once I got there, I was brought into a big room where 3 people who seemed nice were waiting. After they asked me some questions, I was taken on a tour of the factory floor to see where the job was and what other people were doing. Then, I went back to the front to fill out some paperwork, I guess for their records. They said they'd let me know their decision in about 4 to 5 business days.
