The whole thing took about two to three weeks. First, a recruiter called and asked me some questions. The next day, they emailed me to pick a day for an online panel interview, which happened about a week later. A week after that, I interviewed with HR. And a week after that, I got the job offer.
I had a quick phone chat, and then I met with the supervisor and the manager for the department. We had a TV conference interview, which was new for me, but it was a really comfortable process.
The interview process has three parts: first, a phone screen, then an in-person meeting with management, and finally, a meeting with senior management. The questions are not standard "what are your weaknesses/strengths" but focus on your past experiences and roles. There's a heavy emphasis on scenario-based and time management questions. The background check is very thorough, so make sure to gather older information.
