Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved one phone call and then an in-person panel interview. It was a pretty straightforward process where I got to meet the people I'd be working with. I got an offer pretty quickly.

Got an email from my recruiter about when and where the interview was set up. I talked to the hiring manager and her director. The next week, I had another interview with two program managers, and after that, my recruiter called to let me know I got the job.

Very slow process. Second round was after 3 months, which was unexpected. The interview process itself went fine, but the compensation offered is way below industry standards. Pay is the same for entry-level and experienced candidates, and management doesn't seem to care. They're not interested in keeping good employees, just doing their assigned tasks.
