We'll review applications and pick out folks who seem to have the right stuff based on qualifications and experience. If you make the cut, you'll get called in for a chat where we'll see how you handle certain tasks and you might have to do a little test related to the job. After everything's done, we'll let the final candidates know.

The interview experience was quite negative, as they seemed to be looking for a teacher rather than an engineer, which was confusing given their recruitment at IITs and high expectations.

It was a rigorous interview process. The questions focused on your character and how well you'd fit the role. The HR was very pleasant and gave me ample time to answer each question.
