I got a phone screen with the VP of People Operations. After that, I had an in person interview where I met with the CEO and the Chief Revenue Officer.
The interview process was very standard and conducted very quickly. Everyone was super friendly and they asked questions to assess background current skill set to see if you would be a good fit for the role. Make sure you come with questions or the interview will be over super quickly. It is nice they get back to you really quickly with an answer.
This account executive position has a really low salary, but they said it has an aggressive commission structure where you can make a lot of money, you just have to work hard for a year to a year and a half.
