They were very polite, easy to understand, and very objective, with great explanations about the position. The process was fast, with responses within the expected timeframe. They are great professionals, clear, and attentive. Transparent and sincere.

We had an online interview with several candidates. They asked basic questions about experience and skills, followed by a quick chat to better understand the profile and motivation. They also assessed technical and interpersonal skills to ensure the candidate is suitable for the offered role and the company culture, to make a well-informed and correct hiring decision.

It was dynamic and challenging. There were two interviewers in a room, and the interview dynamic involved selling a product that doesn't exist on the market, which really stimulated creativity and handling objections. It was a cool and challenging experience.
