Atelier Ten Designer interviews, decoded.

First round was an online interview where they asked about basic info, your major, field of study, and projects. Second round was a detailed/technical online interview covering technical questions and your understanding. The third round was an in-person interview for questions and to meet the staff.

Applied, got an email in a few weeks with a call-in date. Talked a lot about the company, mostly its internal structure. Was asked about experience in environmental design. The meeting was an hour, with extra time at the end for questions. It was pretty friendly and casual. The interviewer said they'd email but I never heard back from Atelier Ten. I followed up a week later and still no response.

Really liked the interview process. The people were great and seemed genuinely interested in my background and skills. There were two rounds of interviews, and then I got emails before the offer.
