I had a preliminary phone interview with HR. Then, I was invited to the office for a second interview. This involved meeting with three individuals: the Senior VP of HR, the Investor Services team manager, and the Head of Investor Services. They were all very pleasant and primarily focused on learning about me, my past experiences, and my future goals. While I didn't get the job, it seemed like a fantastic company. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and developing a sustained interest in the Securities Business.
It was a really chill interview process, took less than a week. First, I had a phone call, then I met the team and the manager. The office and people were great.
I applied online and got a call the next day for a phone screening. After that, I went in for a one-on-one interview at the office. It was a pretty easy interview, with usual questions about your experience and comfort level. The interviewer did swear a number of times though.
