Candidate-reported interview process

First, your resume is screened for relevant skills, knowledge, and experience. Then, an HR call to check communication, salary expectations, notice period, and basic role understanding. Next are technical rounds to evaluate hands-on experience in SQL, ETL tools, automation, and data validation. After that, a managerial or project round to discuss real-time project handling, team coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making. Finally, an HR round to discuss compensation, joining date, benefits, and culture before the offer.

Got a screening call to go over my resume and set up a meeting with the manager. That interview was on Teams and went well. Then, I went to the office to meet the rest of the team.

The interview process was smooth and the management seemed cool. They inquired about my long-term career goals and aspirations. Initially, HR conducted an interview, and upon successful completion, my application was forwarded to the department for relevant questions.
