The interview process was pretty straightforward. I did a 5 minute interview, which was like a phone screening. I was initially rejected, but then they re-interviewed me later and offered me the job. During the second interview, I got to ask questions and learned more about the specific position, so I could tailor my answers better.
I got an interview invite the day after I applied. First, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Then, I did a second Zoom interview with a department supervisor. Finally, I had a third Zoom interview with supervisors from related departments.
The interview process involved a phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a group interview. While the interactions with the team were positive, there were significant delays between the interview stages. Despite sending several follow-up emails, there was no response until a rejection email was received. The entire process took two months.
