Candidate-reported interview process

I applied on LinkedIn and then someone from the company called me up. They asked me some questions about myself, and after I answered them, they asked me to record a video answering some questions they sent over. They told me to just be myself in the video and that they'd be in touch after I sent it.

The interview was done in stages, both online and in person. They asked me questions about my skills and if I could handle audit tasks, my past work experience, and what salary I was looking for.

The process was fast, with most parts automated. I'm not sure if that's a good sign, like they're just trying to fill positions, or if they just don't focus much on hiring.
