The process was very professional. They asked standard questions and appeared genuinely interested in learning about me and my potential contributions. The interviewers also conveyed a very positive energy.
First, you talk to HR. HR usually prescreens and asks for a lot of personal info upfront, like past salary history and what you want to make. They barely asked about my past job experience. After they get your info, they ghost you, even if you email them for an update.
The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt really welcoming. I was put at ease and it seemed like everyone genuinely got along. We got to walk around and see the facilities, and I was given a clear rundown of what the day-to-day of the job would actually involve.
