Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then an onsite interview. The interviewers were stressed and rude. One rolled her eyes when I answered how I spend my time outside the lab. Another was late, so I had to reschedule. The recruiter then asked to meet for coffee to get to know me better. This experience makes me not recommend this company.

A 30-minute virtual call with potential future team members, which could be on the same day or spread out. They ask questions relevant to the job and are friendly but serious.

It was a 30-minute phone screening with the recruiter. It went well. I got a second interview the next day. It was a general interview, not technical. They called me and explained about the company and then asked me why I wanted to work in Atara Bio.
