The recruitment process was quite fast. First, there was a call with a recruitment agency, then an interview with the direct managers. A decision was made after that interview. They respected the notice period, although it wasn't negotiable.

I was at their London office. The person interviewing me was really nice and offered me coffee. The chat was about 30 minutes, covering the role and my current job. It was informative and not stressful at all. I left feeling good about it.

It was a face-to-face interview with an aptitude test included. They were really friendly and explained the job well. We talked about what a typical day looks like, how I organize myself, and the role I usually take in a team. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses and areas where I can develop.
