The interview process was very systematic and in-depth, which was helpful since I had a break from the industry. The interviewer, Mr. Pradeeph Oak, was very friendly and kind. However, because I mentioned the truth about my break and my need for a job, the HR offered me a salary much lower than other employees at the same level, despite my knowledge and years of experience. This part of the company is wrong because later during my tenure, I experienced that they exploit people in need and give money to those who are fake and lied. While it wasn't my business to pry into others' salaries, considering their designations and poor performance or less knowledge, it was pretty understood.
The recruiter was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the opening. They got straight to the point about the requirements for the position. They explained the organizational structure and the work hours.
The interview was pretty simple. Everyone there seemed really nice and the office had a cozy setup with a small gym area. It probably would be a good place to work. The only thing is, the office seemed small in terms of staff and I didn't see any opportunities for growth.
