So the interview was pretty much all day, like 8 to 5. It was pretty grueling. I met with about 8 different people, and they wanted to see what areas of the company I might be a good fit for and explore different areas of the company to work in.
I had an interview with two engineering technical directors. There were about 2-3 main questions that were longer form. The rest were just organizational and HR questions.
I met them through a recruiter at a job fair. Then I had a follow up interview with the same two guys a day later. Heard back about 3 weeks ago that they wanted to schedule a final interview. The final interview was over the phone and very brief, just wanted to know about your interests and where you would fit in.
