Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was straightforward. I had a pleasant conversation with the team's director, managers, and coordinators. The company culture appeared excellent, and I liked the facilities.

I went through 4 interview rounds and everything seemed to go well. However, after it was all done, they never got back to me to let me know I didn't get the job. Super disappointing and unprofessional.

You don't really apply, just send a cover letter and resume to HR. The interview is chill and friendly. They just wanna make sure you're capable, into the arts, good with customers, and can work flexible hours.
