Candidate-reported interview process

We did a basic interview where they asked about my sales experience, if I can use a cash register, how I work with customers and my organization skills. They also asked about my availability for weekends and full-time work.

It was a pretty chill, straightforward interview. Pretty average for retail, really. Just be personable and friendly, and you'll totally fit the vibe needed at At Home. Make sure to emphasize any sales or retail experience you have from before.

Applying was straightforward. I got an email about two weeks after submitting my application. Then, an in-person interview was scheduled within the following week, and I actually began my training in that same week.
