Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very direct. They asked for details about my background working with a team and customer service. Having decorative skills for the fall/Christmas season would be a plus to show during the interview to help break the ice and really engage with the store director, as stores need seasonal changes.

Had a recruiter call first, then a Teams call with the hiring manager. The process was pretty simple but it took a really long time and was poorly organized. In the end, I never heard back and they just ghosted me.

It was a straightforward interview, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked standard questions, though it felt a bit disorganized. I got the impression that turnover is high here. They expect you to commit 50 hours a week on a salary, so no overtime pay.
