Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really smooth and straightforward. It's a great place. I'm hoping to work with this office soon. The practice is well-organized.

I got a call asking if I was interested in the job and wanted to schedule a phone interview. We did the phone interview at the scheduled time with Dr. Blount, and it went well. During the phone interview, they asked if I wanted to do an in-person interview, and I said yes. I went in for the interview. They actually interviewed me earlier than planned because of a pet emergency, but the interviewers were really nice. The interview was short, only about 15 minutes. It took a few weeks to hear back, but they eventually called and offered me training, so I accepted and started working there.

I went in for a short interview and then they had me train some new hires as part of the interview. I ended up staying for three hours and had to ask to leave.
