Candidate-reported interview process
Had a few phone interviews to get to know me and my background. Then I had to get ready to give a technical presentation to the team. I got to pick from a list of topics related to my background. The whole thing took a few months.
So I started with an online quiz, kinda like leetcode. It had 3 questions and I had 1h30m to finish it. The questions were about basic coding stuff, fixing bugs, and finding ways to make algorithms better.
First I had to introduce myself, talk about my experience and my master thesis. Then, the interviewers talked about the company and job details. Lastly, there was a coding test where I could use any editor I wanted. Finally, I got to ask my questions.
