Candidate-reported interview process

It took a month to finalize everything. It started with an online HR interview, followed by an in-person interview with the manager at the Taipei office. The overall process was normal and the difficulty was medium.

So the interview process involved meeting with HR, the hiring manager, and the Japan regional head. There was also a web testing component with some standard questions. In total, there were 3 interview rounds, and a screening interview typically happens first.

I got referred by someone I knew who was also the hiring manager, so that was a good start. First, I had a phone screen with HR, then interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I spoke with their Director. They said a decision would be made in 2 days since it was between me and one other person, but then they ghosted me. I didn't hear back for 6 weeks, and then they finally told me they chose someone else.
