The interview process with ASUS for the Graphic Designer position was very professional and organized. From the initial communication, they were clear about the steps, punctual for appointments, and respectful towards the candidate. The questions were relevant, focused on experience and technical skills, without unnecessary pressure. Their attention to detail and cordial treatment reflect the seriousness of their selection process.
The interview had three rounds. First, a 45-minute phone interview. Second, an in-person interview lasting about an hour. Finally, a presentation round where I had to complete three tasks related to graphic design and video design beforehand.
The interview process started with a telephonic round, followed by a personal interview, then a round with the Head of Department (HOD), and then an HR executive round. After that, there was a practical test, and finally, a line with the HR HOD. I had to answer within 7 days. I received an offer letter and documents from my previous employer. Ultimately, I got the job.
