It was a great experience, everyone was very welcoming. The process had two stages: first, an interview with the direct manager, and second, an interview in English with consultants from Taiwan.

The recruitment was really quick, finishing in just 2 weeks. It went from applying to getting an offer, including a phone screen and an onsite interview. I first spoke with HR, who was very professional and seemed to have reviewed my resume. They could answer most of my questions about the job. The onsite interview lasted about 50 minutes. The hiring manager asked for a lot of details about my past experience and was very professional and nice. I also had to fill out the application form again by hand during the onsite, which felt unnecessary since I'd already done it online, and it was the same form.
