So ASUS's interview process involves a resume screen, then a chat with HR, followed by either a technical or a role-specific interview. After that, there's a case study or presentation, and finally a management interview where they check your skills, see if you're a good culture fit, and gauge your execution mindset.
Interview with the regional sales director for South America. Asked about responsibilities, work experience, personal life, salary expectations, possible start date, candidate's strengths and weaknesses, achievements, desired salary, career plan, expectations from a company, work environment, and benefits.
Applied with referral and got an email to schedule an interview on 8/17. The phone interview was on 8/22 and went smoothly. On 9/22, I received an email saying the Sr. Recruiter left and they wanted a second in-person interview. This interview was scheduled for 9/29. It wasn't the best experience. Near the end, I was asked to give 10 reasons why ASUS should hire me and was interrupted several times for giving similar responses, which felt rude. It's now 10/18 and I haven't heard back, even after following up. This long process with no result is disappointing and shows a lack of respect for my time.
