Started with 'Tell about urself nd work experience' and some basic admin questions, then was given a sample scenario to write about, triggered by the account object. Had to explain the best qualities of a real-time project.

First, you'll get a call from HR. Then, you'll have a face-to-face interview with either Sudhir or Arvind. They'll ask about your previous experience, boast about how cool they are (which they're not), and tell you about the facilities you'd get (which you don't).

There were a few leadership screenings, both phone and on-site. For the most part, they were 1-on-1, but one phone interview had multiple interviewers. They made me feel really comfortable and were clear about the process and what to expect next.
