Candidate-reported interview process

I had a great interview experience; it wasn't too difficult. The team was really welcoming, and they asked thoughtful questions while clearly explaining the role. I thought the whole process was professional and transparent. I definitely recommend it.

I was pretty sure I didn't want the job before I even interviewed, mainly because A) they asked for personal info on a second application before making an offer, B) they didn't post the salary, which is illegal in California, C) the pay was about $60k less than other companies for the same role, and D) the Glassdoor reviews weren't great. The questions they asked were pretty boring, just read from a list, and didn't seem to match the job description well. I ended up withdrawing my application.

It was quick and easy, more about personality than experience. They want to see if you can learn on your own. First, a phone screening, then an in-person interview. The whole thing really depends on the manager.
