Candidate-reported interview process

I had an HR screen, then a director screen where we talked about infrastructure, SLOs, company values, and my work style. After that, there was a tech screen on Coderpad. They said any language was fine, but the devs only use Golang. The problem wasn't too hard, but it was very data structure oriented.

I had a video call with the hiring manager, then went through 3 technical rounds: 2 coding interviews and 1 system design. Finally, I met with the VP. The coding challenges were Leetcode style, medium difficulty, and the design question was about a notifications system.

I went through a hiring manager round, then two coding rounds. The first coding interview was basically a gate check to see if I could code at all. The second coding interview was a LeetCode medium type of problem. After that, there was a system design round where I had to think through how to design a component that they had already developed internally. Finally, I had a project manager round.
