It was about an hour long. We talked about what they expected from prior work and there was a short technical question. They were really polite. The technical question was super easy. I think the main thing was I didn't ask the right questions back.
I had two rounds, one with HR and one with Engineering. The person interviewing me was nice and kept things casual. The questions weren't tough, but you had to know specific equations for quick calculations without looking anything up. They wanted a precise number as an answer, which seemed weird; testing for IQ, how you handle situations, or your work ethic would make more sense.
Had 2 video interviews over Google Meet with team members, then an on-site interview in San Francisco. They asked technical questions in both initial interviews, including calculation and critical thinking problems.
