Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process began with a psychometric evaluation, followed by a Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD). In the LGD, we were given a case study concerning an economic topic. While I can't reveal the case specifics, each person had to analyze it, share their views, and work with the group to find solutions. The focus was on how well we could think critically, communicate, and cooperate to reach a joint decision. It was a tough and competitive process, especially the LGD.

The selection process and interviews were done on time and transparently. No intimidation or pressure. Happy to get an interview.

The interview process was good. The HR person was really open about the company culture and gave clear info on what's next in the hiring process. It was super professional.
